But for those of us who do, we should be thankful for every moment. Building a career (and making your own money) is fulfilling just as it is rewarding.
2. Me-Time
If you wake up and spend the day (and night) between the four walls of your home with your children, chances are your frustration will get the best of you. Being a working mom helps ensure that you get time for yourself, minus all the interruptions. It also helps create a healthy family dynamic.
3. Better Health
Studies have revealed that mothers who go back to routine work within months of delivery have “more energy, mobility, and less depression by age 40” than those who decide to stay at home. It was also revealed, in another study, that working moms experience less stress and anger than stay-at-home mothers.
